What about those nights when you can’t sleep and you can’t cry out loud because you now if you start you won’t stop.
Again… where do we learn how to get over those nights when you don’t feel yourself and you don’t now how to act or how to hide it anymore.
I feel bad for hiding my feelings sometimes, especially from people I feel close to me and that I love.
But what if they don’t even ask, don’t they care?
Sometimes all you can do is swallow that feelings and move one, cry and let it out even if it hurts..let yourself feel those feelings even if their not good.
When you can’t hide it anymore and you can’t move on nor talk about… just cry it out and cry yourself to sleep, let it all begin again tomorrow.
